4UClick provides an integrated platform for merchants to create and manage their own ecommerce stores. Features include, but are not limited to:
Custom domain setup
Secure payment integrations
Product and inventory management
Order and customer management
Marketing and SEO tools
Reporting and analytics
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features at any time with or without notice.
Users may access certain features of the Platform through paid subscription plans.
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected by the user.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to your store.
You grant 4UClick a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
4UClick retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, software, and content not uploaded by users.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
Upload malicious code or content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without prior notice, for:
Violation of these Terms
Non-payment of fees
Suspected fraudulent or harmful activity
Upon termination, all licenses granted by 4UClick shall immediately terminate.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
4UClick shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4UClick and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
